Four things
people always ask.
- Do you charge for an estimate?
- No. Site visits inside our service area are free, and so is the written bid that follows.
- How far out are you booked?
- Typically two to five weeks for residential, longer in July and August. Emergency repairs — a failed lateral, a sinkhole — jump the line.
- Do you pull the permits?
- Yes, for right-of-way, erosion control and utility work. Building permits stay with the owner or GC, and we'll tell you exactly which is which.
- Can you work in a small backyard?
- Usually. Our micro excavator fits through a 30-inch gate, and we can hand-dig the last of it if that's what the tree roots require.
